And just like that, it’s November!
Thanksgiving is around the corner, and before you know it, Christmas will be here. I love this time of year. It has me appreciating not only my family and friends, but also my clients and business more than ever.
The pre-holiday season is one of our busiest times of the year. We spend the early fall months transforming homes into holiday-ready works of art, and there’s always one room that’s in high demand this time of year — the kitchen.
It’s no surprise considering that during this festive season, the kitchen takes center stage. Without further adieu, I’d love to reveal our latest kitchen project to you!
Tucked away on a quaint little Burbank street, sits this bright, light kitchen filled with astonishing details. Traditional elements make an appearance throughout the kitchen, from the oil-rubbed bronze sink faucets to the pretty pendant hanging over the sink. Together, they give the upgraded room a classic feel.
Inside, you’ll find sky-high ceilings leaving the home feeling open and airy.
Endless covered storage space to tuck away your less aesthetically pleasing cooking equipment, mixed with show stopping display cabinets to flaunt your favorite dinnerware or your grandmother’s coveted cookbook.
Speaking of storage, the soft-white cabinets play beautifully with the warmth of the natural stone materials.
If you’ve ever prepared a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner, you know what a dream come true this kitchen is. With ample wine storage, two sinks, and a huge commercial oven, any chef would be delighted to cook a meal in this space.
However, it’s more than just the upgrades that make this kitchen a dream come true. Throughout the room, space is used creatively. Take the small peninsula with just enough room for two bar stools for example.
Or the light-filled breakfast nook that smartly uses a classic chair design and durable fabric so you’ll never have to worry about spills again.
Perhaps the best-kept secret in the whole room might be the countertops. Although they mimic the look of marble, they’re actually man-made quartz. I bet you’d never even notice the difference unless I told you!
All these amazing finishes come together, and there’s only one thing left to do — get to cooking!
